Alice Medlock is a life long resident of Crawford County, Arkansas and a full time professional Realtor.
She grew up on a farm just north of Mulberry, Arkansas and from these roots came her love and working knowledge of rural Crawford County and surrounding areas. In 1994 she entered the Real Estate arena, after having spent 25 years in business for herself. She spent the first seven years of her real estate career with one of the world’s largest real estate franchise companies and racked up virtually every award the organization awarded. From her first year in the business she was ranked in the top 2% of the organization’s agents, worldwide.
In January, 2001, she and her assistant of four years, Jerry West teamed up and opened Medlock & West Realty, LLC. Alice is licensed in Arkansas and Oklahoma and is the principal Broker of Medlock & West Realty. Alice’s specialized training in Relocation and her experience with some of the largest relocation companies, gives her access to buyers & sellers coast to coast, enabling her to provide premium services for her clients. Her dedication and commitment to customer service, combined with her knowledge of the area, makes buying or selling a home so easy.

Alice is a member of the Arkansas Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, Arkansas CRS Chapter, Crawford County Board of Realtors, Chair Person for two committees for Crawford County Chamber and a member of the Van Buren and Springdale Chambers of Commerce.
A full time professional, committed to service & excellence she has received the coveted Quality Service Agent award, an award given for outstanding customer service and satisfaction, based upon the recommendation of customers and clients. In 1998 Alice attained life time membership as a Multi Million Dollar Producer and has retained that status ever since. In 2003, Alice was awarded the Diamond Award of Excellence, the highest level of achievement given by the Arkansas Realtors Association, and has maintained that status consistently through 2013 and remains the top 1% of top producers in her work.
